Which height cylinder do I need?

In order to determine the height cylinder you have, return to chair to it's lowest position and measure the height from the floor to the top of the seat cushion.  If this height is

about 17 inches (43.2 cm)
you'll need the short cylinder (part #412286).
about 20 inches (50.8 cm)
you'll need the medium cylinder (part #412097).
about 24 inches (61.0 cm)
you'll need the tall cylinder (part #410789).

To order these height cylinders, print out and complete the order form and fax it to us.

Lever won't move up and down!

The level has pushed past the white activators in the mechanism.  It can be pushed back into place.  Just lift the white activators with a screwdriver and push the level until it snaps back into place.  If you need help with this, or are still having trouble, you may want to contact a local dental repair company.
